Mix 40 g (2 scoops) with 300 ml skimmed milk. First, put the milk in a shaker or blender and then add 2 scoops of SPC. Place the lid on the shaker/blender and shake/blend until mixed. 2 servings per day. Enjoy prior to workouts, after workouts or anytime you desire a high-protein drink.
Add to baked goods for a protein boost.

Ik gebruik de SPC nu al een maand of 3-4 en ik vind em echt TOP. Ik zoek toch altijd naar de beste producten voor mijn lichaam. Als je ziet hoeveel eiwitten en hoeveel verschillende eiwitten er per scoop inzitten daar kunnen andere merken niet tegen op. Deze is zekers de moeite waard om aan te kopen als je een fervente sporter/fitnesser zijt. Ik ben over het algemeen wel super tevreden over de producten van Nutritech. Zij gaan echt nog een stapje verder.
